  • How do I adjust the quantity of leads?
    You can adjust the quantity by clicking the subtract or add symbols in the box above this question.
  • What is the recommended minimum lead quantity to try out leads for the first time?
    We highly recommend getting at least 10 leads for your order. Anything smaller is not a good sample size and may result in a negative experience.
  • Why do you need my email?
    Your email is used for the CRM login to manage your leads, it is also where lead notifications are sent, and the email we will use if we request any additional information or if you need to submit a lead area change.
  • Why do you need to know if I'm a new or returning customer?
    We need to know if you are new to set up a CRM profile. If you are returning, we can use your previous lead area, or if you want to update your lead area. You can say so in the box, and we can update your CRM profile.
  • How should I fill out the Lead Area field?
    Leads must be ordered by county and zip code or statewide only. For example, put county + zipcode next to that county for a specific area. If you just want to order for an entire state, just put the State in your order.
  • How many counties or zip codes should I put?
    As many as you can :) Preferably at least 4 - 5 with their corresponding Zip Codes. If it's a statewide order, just put the state.
  • How do I put in a statewide order?
    If you just want to order for an entire state, just put the State in the lead area field.
  • How do I change the lead criteria?
    Please leave us a comment on the criteria you would like to change in the special instructions box.
  • Can I export the leads?
    Yes, you can export them in a CSV file and upload them into your own CRM.
  • Are these live transfer leads?
    No, they are as real-time as we can get, but the leads go through a quality service assurance check and are then uploaded into the CRM, and then you are notified. You need to follow up and call the lead.
